WP-Members does not have category-based restriction (*yet*).  If you are just restricting content to something that would be in a single category (like a video library), I would suggest setting the plugin to NOT block posts by default and then block the posts in the video library individually (setting a custom field block on the posts).  Alternatively, if you post a lot of videos but not of other content, I would do the opposite and just unblock the non-video content.
