Legal Deception

Health Care, Social Security, Minimum Wage, Eminent Domain…

The solution to the nation’s ills, as I have written before, is not more government. It is less. Far less!

Do you want to rely on more government as the solution to your problems? We have allowed our government to become an inefficient behemoth capable of wasting trillions of our hard earned money. It doesn’t matter which side of the fence you fall on, unless you believe in Socialism, government is not the solution - it’s the problem.

Today we have another fine example of government at work. It seems that the Texas Lottery continues to sell “Deal or No Deal” scratch off tickets even though all of the top prizes have been claimed. According to the Houston Chronicle, 96 percent of the prizes and 99 percent of the money have been claimed - the million dollar prize, all of the $100,000 and $50,000 prizes. Only 1 of 52 $10,000 prizes has not been claimed. Yet the game continues to be sold statewide.

Would you trust these people to manage your health care?

In my line of work, pulling that kind of shenanigans (also known as fraudulent or deceptive practices) would land you in the slammer.
