Another Edition of ‘You Do The Math’
John Kerry recently spoke at Pasadena City College. He told the crowd that if they study hard and navigate the education system, they can get comfortable jobs. If you don’t, well… “You get stuck in Iraq.”
All views on whether you support the war in Iraq aside, that speaks volumes of what John Kerry thinks of the men and women in our military.

Then, after the fact, Kerry comes out and calls it a “botched joke” the target of which was the president and his administration. But he says he’ll apologize to no one because it is the failed policies of the president that got us where we are and he will not stand idly by and be attacked.
Sorry Senator, but that doesn’t hold water with me. If it was indeed a botched joke, then an apology to the troops Kerry “unintentionally” insulted is warranted. Instead, Kerry cries foul and claims to be “Swift Boated” again. Listen, if you don’t want to be verbally attacked, then don’t start on the offensive. If a nationally known Senator speaks out against the administration (which of course he has the right to do), do not be surprised when they respond in kind. Instead, Kerry feigns surprise and says they have no right to attack him in that manner, he is merely calling them out on their failed policy. Well guess what Senator - you opened the door yourself. Whatever gets thrown at you is of your own making.
