Well, just when I thought I had heard it all…

Frivilous lawsuits not only waste the time and money of our court system, they also end up costing consumers in the long run. And up until now, I thought I had heard most of the ridiculous claims, from the woman who sued McDonald’s after she burned herself when she spilled her hot coffee to the man who sued a number of fast-food chains because he got fat eating their food.

Some of the politicians I loathe the most are members of the Congressional Black Caucus, so when anything attached to them invites bad press, I must share it. These are some of the most vocal members of congress, and at the same time, some of the most useless.
